What are your most popular products?
On our home page there is a "Best Seller" button.  It will show pictures of  our most popular products.  While you are there take a look at our latest additions and feature items for current promo deals.
Do you offer promo pricing?
We do offer promo pricing.  ASI and PPAI clients should contact us for promo prices, catalogs and sample packs.
Do you dropship?
Yes we do!  Just let us know where your order needs to go and we will make it happen.  Dropship/blind ship is no problem.  Multiple drop ship locations will incur a separate fee. We also offer decorate on demand and kitting services for bundle orders.  Contact us for details.
When should I expect to receive my order?
Standard fulfillment time for our Rapid Run products is 10 business days or less.  With rush fulfillment your order can ship in 7 days or less depending upon order size.  All other products vary from 6-10 weeks.  Fulfillment times for each product can be found on the "Additional Information" tab

I have questions. Can I speak to a human?
Absolutely!  The process moves a lot faster when you get all of your questions answered at once.  Feel free to call and discuss your project before, during and after the project.  Let's find out if our capabilities meet your needs.  Call, text or email 7 days a week.
What are your minimum order quantities?
Each product has a different minimum order quantity.  For example, custom one hitter dugouts can be produced in orders as little as one piece.  Custom stash jars are more complicated, however, and require a higher minimum order of 50 pieces.  All of our product categories have at least one product with a low minimum order.  As a general rule, our Rapid Run products have a low order minimum.  You will find the minimum order quantity listed on the pricing table for each product.
What custom product options do you have for a campaign with a tight budget?
We have options for every budget.  On our shop page you will see the "Filter by price" feature.  Choose your budget and you will get a list of products in your price range.
I would like to see what my logo looks like on the product. Can I see a mockup before purchase?
We offer up to 2 free mockups per design.  Additional mockups will cost a fee.  After mockup approval, we will set up for production and produce a physical proof.  You will receive a picture of your physical proof for approval.  After approval of the physical proof we will continue to complete production.  Your order ships within 72 hours of completion.
I’m about to upload my art and it says that you need print ready vector art but what is that?
Vector art is a design file that can be pulled or stretched without distorting our pixelating the image.  It is necessary to have the original design file in order to get the best possible result.  We can use certain other files on a case by case basis.  We reserve the right to refuse an order because of unusable art.  Please see our Art Readiness Page for more information about appropriate art files.
Can I get a quote before I send you my art?
Decoration methods change based on art, product desired and size of order.  To give an accurate and reliable quote, we need to view your art.  It is our policy not to provide quotes without first seeing the art for your project.  Any mention of price is meant as reference only and is not a final invoice price.  Current prices are available on each product profile for reference.  Feel free to contact us for mockup templates and general order questions.
I waited until the last minute and now I need custom branded smoking accessories fast. What options do I have?
Our Rapid Run line of products is designed for last minute orders like yours.  Each product in this category ships in 10 business days or less.  Look for the Rapid Run logo for qualifying products.
