Because most companies add pre rolls to the tubes we do not cap them before shipping. All of the caps ship separately and need to be added to the tubes. If you want the tubes capped for shipping please let us know.

All orders include a $40 art setup fee for each new design. The art setup fee is a one time charge for all new art. We do not charge a setup fee when you reorder and use the same art file.
