Please DO NOT submit photographs or images with color gradients because we cannot use them. Clip art style images work best for this product. Take a look at the product photos for examples. All custom orders include a $40 art setup fee for each new design. The art setup fee is a one time charge for all new art. We do not charge a setup fee when you reorder and use the same art file.

Please keep in mind that no two trees are the same so all custom angle base weed pipes will also be unique. Wood grains and colors may vary from piece to piece so each one will be slightly different in appearance.

• Multi Color Logos: Multi-color logos are highly discouraged for last minute orders. Since they are all hand painted, the process is time consuming and will delay production. If you are in a real time crunch, keep it simple with one etch or color fill in one location.
• Multiple Locations: Because of the lengthy process, decorating both sides of each pipe is not recommended when you need them fast.

Basically, the harder we have to work to produce your order, the more difficult it is to get it to you quickly. You need it fast so let’s keep it simple.
