• 1 color print: 1 color print is a simple solution for most customers because it is the lowest cost and fastest to produce. 1 color print orders start at 200 boxes. We take micro orders on a case by case basis. Contact us for information.
• Full color: Full color print adds extra flare to your promo. Get full color match boxes in orders as low as 200 boxes. We accept full color match boxes in micro order quantities on a case-by-case basis. Contact us for pricing and details.
• Varnish: Varnish gives match boxes a glossy look and improves the durability of the box. Get custom match boxes with varnish when you order 5000 boxes or more. This add on requires an additional fee.
• Embossing:  Emboss match boxes when you want to have raised art or text as part of your decoration. Match boxes with emboss have a minimum order of 5,000 boxes and requires an additional fee.
• Hot foil stamp: Standard match boxes with hot foil stamp leave each box with metallic looking art. Hot foil stamp has a minimum order of 5,000 match boxes and requires an additional cost.

There are times when you don’t want 3000 match boxes. For that reason, we offer a small quantity, rapid run program for our standard full color boxes. Contact us for pricing and details on orders smaller than 3,000.

Additional Art and Order Details

Please DO NOT submit photographs because we cannot use them. We need vector art images when decorating this product. Take a look at the product photography for for examples.

All orders include a $40 art setup fee for each new design. The art setup fee is a one time charge for all new art. We do not charge a setup fee when you reorder with the same art file.

Express Fulfillment: Get Custom Match Boxes Fast!

Need custom matches but waited until the last minute?  No problem! Since match boxes are a regular part of our inventory, we make and ship them quickly. Standard orders under 3,000 boxes ship in 10 days or less. Orders from 3,000 – 5000 take approximately 3 weeks. Contact us for lead times on larger orders.

When you choose express fulfillment, we work late to ship your match order right away! When you choose express production we work late to finish your order in 2 weeks or less. A rush production fee applies to all rush orders. Express production requires a separate fee for each order.

You need custom match boxes fast and we are here to help but there are some limitations. Orders that require express fulfillment will be simple and are not eligible for time consuming extras. Here are the options that have limitations for last minute orders.

• Large Orders: Custom match box orders larger than 5,000 boxes are difficult to fulfill in a short period of time. The smaller the order the more likely you are to receive it quickly. If you want a large order but you do not need it all at once, we will send part of it and follow up with the rest of your custom boxes shortly after.
• Varnish: Creating match boxes with varnish is a time consuming process and is not available for last minute orders.
• Embossing:  Embossed match boxes are available in large orders. Large orders take time to produce and is not an option for rush orders.
• Hot foil stamp: Match boxes with hot foil stamp have an amazing high end look. Because we use a time intensive process to produce this option, it is not available for last minute orders.

Basically, the harder we have to work to produce your order, the more difficult it is to get it to you quickly. You need it fast so let’s keep it simple.

Shipping Details

Custom match boxes ship ground from Tampa, Fl and take 2-5 days to deliver depending upon destination address. Express shipping is available for an additional fee. The express shipping cost will vary depending upon destination and speed of shipping.

All orders come in stock 20 count bulk packs. Packed 2,500 boxes per case. 35 pounds per case. Case Dimensions: 11 x 23-1/2 x 15 inches. Approximately 18 sticks per box.
