• Laser-Etched: With precision laser etch your design is permanently added to the dugout.  With laser etch we capture every intricate detail of your logo to ensure the longevity of your brand, . This option is perfect for brands seeking subtle branding solutions. Decorate one or both sides as needed.
• Etched and Hand-Painted: Choose this option to add extra flare to your custom dugout. We add an artistic touch when we laser etch and hand paint each piece. For that reason, 4 inch dugouts with multi-color logos are approved on a case-by-case basis. See the Additional Information tab to choose a vibrant fill color, including glow! We suggest using a light color fill to contrast with the dark wood.
• Blank: Get the same great wooden dugouts blank at wholesale. Contact us for volume prices and information for bulk dugout orders without a custom logo.

Additional Product Details

Please DO NOT submit photographs or images with color gradients because we cannot use them. Clip art style images work best for this product. Take a look at the product photos for examples. All custom orders include a $40 art setup fee for each new design. The art setup fee is a one time charge for all new art. We do not charge a setup fee when you reorder and use the same art file.

Please keep in mind that no two trees are the same so all wooden ashtrays will also be unique. Wood grains and colors may vary from piece to piece so each one will be slightly different in appearance.

FREE 3 Inch Hitters Included

Custom 4 inch dugouts include free blank 3 inch one hitter pipes made of corrosion-resistant aluminum. The hitters mimic a real cigarette allowing for discretion while smoking. Also, the reusable cigarette stores snugly in the dugout between uses.

Add extra detail when you customize the pipe with a small logo or line of text. To cover the cost of decoration, custom one hitters have an additional fee. See the 3 inch hitters page for more information.

Express Fulfillment: Get Custom 4 Inch Dugouts Fast!

You waited until the last minute and now you need custom 4 inch dugouts in a hurry we have you covered. Since wooden dugouts are a regular part of our inventory, we can decorate them quickly. To accommodate last minute requests, custom 4 inch dugouts have a standard turn time of 10 business days or less on most orders.

When you choose, I Need it Fast, at checkout we will work late to finish your order in 7 days or less. A rush production fee will apply to all rush orders. Basically, the harder we have to work to produce your order, the more difficult it is to get it to you quickly. You need it fast so let’s keep it simple.

Shipping Details

All orders of custom 4 inch dugouts ship ground from Tampa, FL and take 2-5 days to deliver based upon destination address. Express shipping is available for an extra fee. The express shipping cost depends upon the zip code and speed of delivery.
