• Inside Print: Maximize your promotion when you print the inside cover. This option is available for an additional fee. Minimum order for inside cover print is 2400 books.
• Varnish: Varnish gives matchbooks a glossy look and improves the durability of the books. Get custom matchbooks with varnish when you order 2,400 books or more. This add on requires an additional fee.
• Embossing:  Emboss matchbooks when you want to have raised art or text as part of your decoration. Match books with emboss have a minimum order of 12,000 books and requires an additional fee.
• Hot foil stamp: Matchbooks with hot foil stamp leave each books with metallic looking art. Hot foil stamp has a minimum order of 12,000 matchbooks and requires an additional cost.

There are times when you don’t need a large order of matches. For that reason, we offer a small quantity, rapid run program for our standard full color books. Contact us for pricing and details on orders smaller than 3,000.

Additional Art and Order Details

Please DO NOT submit photographs because we cannot use them. We need vector art images when decorating this product. Take a look at the product photography for for examples.

All orders include a $40 art setup fee for each new design. The art setup fee is a one time charge for all new art. We do not charge a setup fee when you reorder with the same art file.

Express Fulfillment: Get Custom Full Color Matches Fast!

Need custom matches but waited until the last minute?  No problem! Since match books are a regular part of our inventory, we make and ship them quickly. Standard orders under 5,000 books ship in 3 weeks or less. Contact us for lead times on larger orders.

When you choose express fulfillment, we work late to ship your match order right away! A rush production fee applies to all rush orders. Express production requires a separate fee for each order.

When you need matches faster, choose one of our Rapid run match book options: Custom 20 stick matchbooks and custom 30 stick matchbooks.

You need custom full color matches fast and we are here to help but there are some limitations. Orders that require express fulfillment will be simple and are not eligible for time consuming extras. Here are the options that have limitations for last minute orders.

• Large Orders: Custom matchbooks orders larger than 5,000 books are difficult to fulfill in a short period of time. The smaller the order the more likely you are to receive it quickly. If you want a large order but you do not need it all at once, we will send part of it and follow up with the rest of your custom books shortly after.
• Varnish: Creating custom full color matchbooks with varnish is a time consuming process and is not available for last minute orders.
• Embossing:  Embossed matchbooks are available in large orders. Large orders take time to produce and is not an option for rush orders.
• Hot foil stamp: Matchbooks with hot foil stamp have an amazing high end look. Because we use a time intensive process to produce this option, it is not available for last minute orders.

Basically, the harder we have to work to produce your order, the more difficult it is to get it to you quickly. You need it fast so let’s keep it simple.

Shipping Details

Custom full color matches ship ground from Tampa, Fl and take 2-5 days to deliver depending upon destination address. Express shipping is available for an additional fee. The express shipping cost will vary depending upon destination and speed of shipping.

Each custom matchbook includes 40 sticks per book.
