Additional Art and Order Details

Please DO NOT submit photographs because we cannot use them. We need vector art images when decorating this product. Take a look at the product photography for for examples.

All orders include a $40 art setup fee for each new design. The art setup fee is a one time charge for all new art. We do not charge a setup fee when you reorder with the same art file.

Express Fulfillment: Get Small Personalized Match Boxes Fast!

You need custom match boxes fast and we are here to help but there are some limitations. Orders that require express fulfillment will be simple and are not eligible for time consuming extras. Here are the options that have limitations for last minute orders.

• Large Orders: Small personalized match box orders larger than 5,000 boxes are difficult to fulfill in a short period of time. The smaller the order the more likely you are to receive it quickly. If you want a large order but you do not need it all at once, we will send part of it and follow up with the rest of your custom boxes shortly after.
• Varnish: Creating match boxes with varnish is a time consuming process and is not available for last minute orders.
• Embossing:  Embossed match boxes are available in large orders. Large orders take time to produce and is not an option for rush orders.
• Hot foil stamp: Match boxes with hot foil stamp have an amazing high end look. Because we use a time intensive process to produce this option, it is not available for last minute orders.

Basically, the harder we have to work to produce your order, the more difficult it is to get it to you quickly. You need it fast so let’s keep it simple.

Shipping Details

Small personalized match boxes ship ground from Tampa, Fl and take 2-5 days to deliver depending upon destination address. Express shipping is available for an additional fee. The express shipping cost will vary depending upon destination and speed of shipping.

Packed 5,000 boxes per case. 35 pounds per case. Case Dimensions: 23 x 20 x 8-1/2 inches. Approximately 9 sticks per box. Natural wood sticks with white heads only.
