Custom Decoration Options

We print, etch or mark your image directly onto the glass. Unlike other companies that use stickers or decals, your art is permanently attached to the chillum. Choose to decorate your custom glass chillums with precision laser etch, black mark or 1 color print on one side or two.

• Custom Print: Printed orders with more than 1 color require sharp lines and separation of colors. Custom printed glass chillums get the print color of your choice. See above or the Additional Information tab for stock color options. Custom colors are available for a fee. Due to the complexity of some art files, we accept multi-color orders on a case-by-case basis.We do not print on chillums if they are the same color as your print color choice. For example, when you choose green print, we don’t include green chillums because the print does not show up well.
• Laser Etching: Laser etched glass one hitters have a natural, colorless mark on the face of the glass. Custom glass chillums with precision laser etching are great for promos that require subtle decoration. With etch, your art is permanent and will not flake or peel when cleaned.
• Black Mark: Black mark is similar to laser etch. Because your image is “tattooed” onto the glass, the result is a permanent black outline of your image. Black marking includes a lengthy treatment process that leaves a bold image visible from a distance. This method requires a time consuming treatment process so we offer it on a case-by-case basis. Additional Art and Order Details

Please DO NOT submit photographs or images with color gradients because we cannot use them. Clip art style images or lines of text work best when decorating this product. Take a look at the product photography for for examples. We produce orders with multiple colors on a case by case basis. Contact us for approval of multi-color images before placing your order of custom glass chillums.

This option is for assorted glass chillum pips. The colors you receive will depend upon what is in inventory at the time you place your order. There is no guarantee that you receive all of the colors pictured. Also, you may not receive an even amount of each color that is available. If you must have specific pipe colors and quantities, contact us before ordering.

All orders include a $40 art setup fee for each new design. The art setup fee is a one time charge for all new art. We do not charge a setup fee when you reorder and use the same art file.

Express Fulfillment: Get Assorted Custom Glass Chillums Fast!

You waited until the last minute and now you need custom glass chillums in a hurry we have you covered. Since glass chillums are a regular part of our inventory, we can decorate them quickly. To accommodate last minute requests, glass chillums have a standard turn time of 10 business days or less on most orders.

When you choose, I Need it Fast, at checkout we work late to finish your order in 7 days or less. A rush production fee will apply to all rush orders. Express production requires a separate fee for each order.

You need your order extra fast and we can help but there may be some limitations. Orders that require express fulfillment will be simple and may not be eligible for time consuming extras. Here are some of the options that may have possible limitations for last minute orders.

• Color Match: Matching specific pantone colors is not an option for express fulfillment.
• Multi Color Print: Multi-color print or printing in multiple locations, is possible but highly discouraged for last minute orders. If you are in a real time crunch, keep it simple with one color print in one location.
• Black Mark: Because of the lengthy process, black mark will not be possible for large orders. This process is also highly discouraged for small orders that must be finished quickly.
• Mandatory Assortments: We do not offer a specific number of any one color. Assorted is assorted and you may not get every color pictured and you may not receive an even assortment of each color. If you must have a specific count for each color, contact us for confirmation before you order.

Shipping Details

All custom glass chillum orders ship ground from Tampa, FL and take 2-5 days to deliver depending upon destination address. Express shipping is available for an additional fee. The express shipping cost will vary depending upon destination and speed of shipping.
