You will need to destroy it to remove your art, it’s that permanent. Choose to custom decorate your one hitters with precision laser etch, black mark or 1 color print on one side or two.

• Custom Print: When you choose custom printed glass hitters, your hitters get the print color of your choice. See the Additional Information tab for stock color options. Custom colors are available for a fee. Due to to complexity of some art files, multi-color orders are accepted on a case-by-case basis. Printed orders with more than one color require sharp lines and separation of colors.
• Laser Etch: Laser etched glass one hitters have a natural, colorless mark on the face of the glass. Glass hitters with precision laser etching are great for promos that require subtle decoration. Laser etching is permanent and will never flake or peel.
• Black Marking: Black marked one hitters are similar to laser etched hitters. Because your image is “tattooed” onto the glass, the result is a permanent black outline of your image. Black marking includes a lengthy treatment process that leaves a bold image visible from a distance. Because the process is time intensive, we take orders for this type of decoration on a case-by-case basis.
• Blank: Like the product but do not need glass chillum pipes printed?  Get the same great yellow chillums without a logo. Blank yellow chillum pipes are also available in bulk with volume pricing. Contact us for details.

Additional Art and Order Details

Please DO NOT submit photographs or images with color gradients because we cannot use them. Clip art style images and lines of text work best when decorating this product. Take a look at the product photography for examples. We produce orders with multiple colors on a case by case basis. Contact us for approval of multi-color images before placing your order of custom printed glass hitters.

All orders include a $40 art setup fee for each new design. The art setup fee is a one time charge for all new art. We do not charge a setup fee when you reorder and use the same art file.

Express Fulfillment: Get Custom Printed Glass Hitters Fast!

To accommodate last minute requests, glass chillums have a standard turn time of 10 business days or less on most orders.

When you choose, I Need it Fast, at checkout we work late to finish your order in 7 days or less. A rush production fee applies to all rush orders. Express production requires a separate fee for each order.

Get custom glass chillum orders fast but there are restrictions.  Orders that require express fulfillment will be simple and are not eligible for time consuming extras. Here are some of the options that have limitations for last minute orders.

• Color Match: Matching specific pantone colors is not an option for express fulfillment.
• Multi Color Print: Multi-color print or printing in multiple locations, is highly discouraged for last minute orders. If you are in a real time crunch, keep it simple with one color print in one location.
• Black Mark: Because of the lengthy process, black mark will not be possible for large orders. This process is also highly discouraged for small orders that must be finished quickly.

All custom printed glass hitters ship ground from Tampa, FL and take 2-5 days to deliver depending upon destination address. Express shipping is available for an additional fee. The express shipping cost will vary depending upon destination and speed of shipping.
