Each package comes with 20 screens in a fold up paper bindle with tabs. The tabs are used to reclose the package when storing the remaining screens.

At 3/4″ these pipe screens fit most glass, metal, ceramic, silicone, or wood smoking pieces.

• Simply take 1 mesh screen and mold it to fit perfectly within the bottom of the bowl of your favorite piece.
• Place your favorite dry herb right on top and you are ready to enjoy a debris free smoking experience

Custom Decoration Options

Metal pipe screens come in a custom branded full color package featuring your art or logo. The entire outside of the package is decorated with your design and the inside is decorated by request.

• Gloss Package: Full color gloss booklets are color rich and very vibrant. They have an ultra smooth, and shiny appearance.
• Matte Package: Matte booklets do not glare so they have a subtle appearance. These booklets are great for vintage themes and subdued art.
• Blank Package:  Get the same great pipe screens in a blank package.

Additional Art and Order Details

Please DO NOT submit photographs or raster images because we cannot use them. Vector images work best when decorating this product. Take a look at the product photography for for examples.

All orders include a $40 art setup fee for each new design. The art setup fee is a one time charge for all new art. We do not charge a setup fee when you reorder with the same art file.

Express Fulfillment: Get Custom Pipe Screens Fast!

When you choose, I Need it Fast, at checkout we work late to finish your order in 7 days or less. A rush production fee applies to all rush orders. Express production requires a separate fee for each order.

You need custom pipe screens fast and we are here to help but there are some limitations. Orders that require express fulfillment will be simple and are not be eligible for time consuming extras. Here are the options that have limitations for last minute orders.

• Large Orders: Custom pipe screen orders larger than 10,000 packages are difficult to fulfill in a short period of time. The smaller the order the more likely you are to receive it quickly. If you want a large order but you do not need it all at once, we will send part of it and follow up with the rest of your custom packages shortly after.
• Custom Displays: Custom displays are not an option for last minute orders unless you have finished art ready for production.  If you do not have a design file prepared, the extra design and production time will slow down the process.

Basically, the harder we have to work to produce your order, the more difficult it is to get it to you quickly. You need it fast so let’s keep it simple.

All custom pipe screens ship ground from Tampa, Fl and take 2-5 days to deliver depending upon destination address. Express shipping is available for an additional fee. The express shipping cost will vary depending upon destination and speed of shipping.
