We decorate the bottom inside of custom ashtrays by default. We will also decorate the top rim and the bottom of the ashtray by request. Additional fill colors and decoration locations have a separate up charge. Read the additional information tab or contact us for details.

Additional Artwork and Order Information

We do not accept photographs or images with color gradients because we cannot use them. Images in the style of clip art work best for this product. Requests for branded round wooden ashtrays with multi-color art are taken on a case by-case-basis. Contact us for approval of multi-color art prior to submitting your request for custom ashtrays.

All custom orders include a $40 art setup fee for each new design. The art setup fee is a one time charge for all new art. We do not charge a setup fee when you reorder and use the same art file.

No two trees are the same so all wooden ashtrays are also unique. Wood grains and colors may vary from piece to piece so each one is slightly different in appearance.

If you waited until the last minute and need personalized wooden cigar ashtrays in a hurry, we have you covered. Since wood ashtrays are a regular part of our inventory, we can decorate them quickly. To accommodate last minute requests, wooden ashtrays have a standard turn time of 10 business days or less on most orders.

When you choose, I Need it Fast, at checkout we will work late to finish your order in 7 days or less. A rush production fee will apply to all rush orders. Express production requires a separate fee for each order. Get custom wooden ashtray orders fast but there may be restrictions. You need your order extra fast and we can help but there may be some limitations. Orders that require express fulfillment will be simple and may not be eligible for time consuming extras. Here are some of the options that may have possible limitations for last minute orders.

• Color Match: Matching specific pantone colors is not an option for express fulfillment.
• Multi Color Print: Multi-color print or printing in multiple locations, is possible but highly discouraged for last minute orders. If you are in a real time crunch, keep it simple with one color print in one location.

Basically, the harder we have to work to produce your order, the more difficult it is to get it to you quickly. You need it fast so let’s keep it simple.

Shipping Details

All custom ashtray orders ship ground from Tampa, Fl and take 2-5 days to deliver depending upon destination address. Express shipping is available for an additional fee. The express shipping cost will vary depending upon destination and speed of shipping.
