Custom Decoration Options

The price includes your choice of decoration on the bottom inside of the ashtray. Personalized wooden cigar ashtrays have two custom logo options, laser etch and color fill.

• Laser-Etched Logo: We use state-of-the-art laser etching technology so your logo is meticulously etched onto the surface of the ashtray. The laser process ensures that we capture every intricate detail of your logo. This option is perfect for brands seeking subtle branding solutions.
• Etched and Hand-Painted Logo: For a more artistic touch, we laser etch and then hand paint each piece. Our hand-painted logo option allows skilled artisans to bring your logo to life with vibrant colors and detailed brushwork. Each stroke is carefully applied to create your unique design. Choose this option when you want to add an extra layer of flare to your cigar ashtray. We suggest using a light color fill option to contrast with the dark wood.
• Blank: Get the same great wooden ashtrays blank. Contact us for prices and information for bulk ashtray orders without a custom logo.

When you buy custom ashtrays we decorate the bottom inside by default. We will also decorate the top rim and the bottom of the ashtray by request. Additional decoration locations have a separate up charge so read the additional information tab or contact us for details.

Additional Art and Order Details

Please DO NOT submit photographs or images with color gradients because we cannot use them. Clip art style images work best for this product. Take a look at the product photos for examples. We produce orders of personalized wooden cigar ashtrays with multi-colors art on a case by case basis. Contact us to approve multi-color images before placing your order of custom cigar ashtrays.

All custom orders include a $40 art setup fee for each new design. The art setup fee is a one time charge for all new art. We do not charge a setup fee when you reorder and use the same art file.

Please keep in mind that no two trees are the same so all wooden ashtrays will also be unique. Wood grains and colors may vary from piece to piece so each one will be slightly different in appearance.

Express Fulfillment: Get Personalized Wooden Cigar Ashtrays Fast!

If you waited until the last minute and need personalized wooden cigar ashtrays in a hurry, we have you covered. To accommodate last minute requests, wooden ashtrays have a standard turn time of 10 business days or less on most orders.

When you choose, I Need it Fast, at checkout we will work late to finish your order in 7 days or less. A rush production fee will apply to all rush orders. You need your order extra fast and we can help but there may be some limitations. Orders that require express fulfillment will be simple and may not be eligible for time consuming extras. Here are some of the options that may have possible limitations for last minute orders.

• Color Match: Matching specific pantone colors is not an option for express fulfillment.
• Multi Color Print: Multi-color print or printing in multiple locations, is possible but highly discouraged for last minute orders. If you are in a real time crunch, keep it simple with one color print in one location.

Basically, the harder we have to work to produce your order, the more difficult it is to get it to you quickly. You need it fast so let’s keep it simple.

Shipping Details

All custom ashtray orders ship ground from Tampa, Fl and take 2-5 days to deliver depending upon destination address. Express shipping is available for an additional fee. The express shipping cost will vary depending upon destination and speed of shipping.
