All custom orders include a $40 art setup fee for each new design. The art setup fee is a one time charge for all new art. We do not charge a setup fee when you reorder and use the same art file.

Since no two trees are the same, all wooden ashtrays will be unique also. Wood grains and colors may be slightly different from piece to piece so each one will vary in appearance.
